Old Lyme Board of Selectmen
Special Meeting: Monday, October 18, 2010
The Board of Selectmen held a special meeting at 6:00 PM on Monday, October 18, 2010 in the Meeting Hall of the Old Lyme Memorial Town Hall. First Selectman Timothy Griswold, Selectman Skip Sibley and Selectwoman Bonnie Reemsnyder were present.
1. Executive Session to Discuss Threatened Litigation
Selectwoman Reemsnyder made a motion to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing threatened litigation at 6:11 PM and Selectman Sibley seconded the motion. The following people were invited into the executive session: Jane Cable, Chairman of the Zoning Commission, Jane Marsh, Member of the Zoning Commission, Tom Risom, Member of the Zoning Commission, Pat Looney, Member of the Zoning Commission, John Johnson, Member of the Zoning Commission, Beth Sullivan, Alternate of the Zoning Commission and Joan Bozek, Alternate of the Zoning Commission, (who arrived at 6:37 PM), Ann Brown, Zoning Enforcement Officer, and Attorneys Branse, Clarke, Cronin, Knapp and Royston. SO VOTED
Selectwoman Reemsnyder made a motion to go out of executive session at 7:33 PM and Selectman Sibley seconded the motion. SO VOTED
2. Adjournment
Selectwoman Reemsnyder made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:33 PM., seconded by Selectman Sibley. SO VOTED.
